A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is in focus works best. Higher resolution means a sharper print, but our design team gently touches up every image by hand — cropping, adjusting color and cleaning up the background — before anything goes to print.
Every product is made to last. Blankets are printed on soft, fade-resistant fleece, canvases use archival pigment inks on gallery-grade cotton, and mugs are finished with a durable, dishwasher- and microwave-safe coating. If a print ever arrives less than perfect, we'll remake it free.
Because each item is printed to order, production takes about 2–4 business days. Standard shipping then adds roughly 3–5 business days, so most orders arrive within 5–9 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
We ship across the United States with free standard shipping on orders over $50; otherwise a flat $5.95 applies. International shipping is available at checkout to select countries, with rates and estimated delivery shown before you pay.
Custom pet products are made just for you, so we can't restock them — but your happiness is guaranteed. If there's any print defect or shipping damage, contact us within 30 days and we'll reprint or refund it, no fuss.
